These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Just One More Story (JOMS) (the “App”), provided by
Hybrid App Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features/content (for example, unlimited access to stories,
including new and exclusive content).
Prices may vary by country/region and may be displayed in your local currency in the App Store / Google Play.
iOS (Apple): Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless
canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Android (Google Play): Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically
renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play
account settings.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial length and
eligibility are shown at the time of purchase and may vary.
You agree not to:
The App, including text, graphics, logos, and content (including stories and illustrations), is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by
applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own personal,
non-commercial use.
If the App allows you to submit content (e.g., feedback, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display,
and reproduce that content for operating and improving the App. You confirm you have the rights to submit such content and it does not violate
any law or third-party rights.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free,
uninterrupted, or always available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss
of profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not affect any
rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the
App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
